How Do I Sign Up?Signing up for a Tea in TexasTM account is done simultaneously during the first time checkout process. You will enter a login and password along with all of your billing and contact information that will be associated with the account. If you want to register first before making a purchase, you can sign up at our Customer Registration Page. I Forgot My PasswordNo worries! Use our password recovery system on the sign in page if you’ve forgotten or lost your password. What is my login name?Your login or username is the email address you used to register the account with. If you do not remember the email address, please contact us. How can I change my shipping address?To change any of your account information including billing address, contact information or shipping address, you can log into your account and make updates. The account modification page will open as soon as you login. How long before I receive my order?All orders will be processed within five business days. All orders are shipped by UPS/ USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Due to hot weather please make sure someone is available to accept the shipment at time delivery as some of our chocolate products are susceptible to melting. - Shipping & Delivery
- Orders will be processed within 48 hours or 2 business days of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders received after 12:00 pm MST will be processed the following business day.
- Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS or courier service depending on your location. Due to hot weather please make sure someone is available to accept the shipment at time of delivery as some of our Chocolate products are susceptible to melting.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for standard ground delivery.
- For orders over 100 lbs, please contact customer service to arrange for the best shipping method.
- Tea in TexasTM accepts Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal.

- Tea in TexasTM collects personal information (including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address) only when you voluntarily submit it, e.g., when placing an order or requesting more information. - Returns & Replacements
- Due to the nature of out products we can only accept returns or replacements for non-food items. Please contact our office at (832) 922-9335 if you require assistance with a return, all defective items require a pre-shipment RMA number. No returns will be accepted at our facilities without an RMA number.
