| Minimum |
Minimum order is $100.00 or 20 items, excluding shipping and handling.

| Shipping & Handling |
All orders are shipped by UPS. Charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. A handling charge of $5.00 is added to all orders, even if we use your shipping account. We may use the U.S. Postal Service on small orders. You may request expedited shipping, by UPS Next Day or Second Day.

| Shortages & Damage |
All shortage or damage claims must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of order. Report visible damage to carrier immediately, and then notify us.

| Returns |
Returns are usual not accepted. Should a return be authorized, a 15% restocking fee will be charged as well as shipping charges. All returns must be shipped prepaid with our RA Number on the shipping label. Returns without a valid RA# will be rejected.

| Payment Terms |
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards shipment. Shipments paid by checks will be sent once check has cleared the bank.

| Returned Check |
Payments rejected by the bank will result in an additional administrative charge of $30.00 for each dishonored item.
|
| Past Due Account |
Invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to late fees of 1 ½% per annum. In addition, collection and attorney fees will be charged.

| Shipping |
Orders received by 2:00 PM are usually shipped that day.
|
| Sales Tax |
Texas Sales taxes will be charged on all shipments within California unless we have a valid Texas Resale Certificate on file.

| Plating |
Due to its nature, silver-plate will tarnish. This is not a product defect and is usually remedied through light cleaning with a liquid cleaner. We do not recommended running silver-plated item through the dishwasher as the detergents and washing may damage or discolor the items.

| Warranties |
All products are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. The buyer agrees that is solely responsible for determining the merchantability and fitness of use of the products. It is further understood and agreed that all product is for consumer use and not intended for commercial use.
